Caveman Diet Plan That Works
What is one factor cavemen knew much better than we all know now? How to endure in the wild? Indeed. But more importantly, these people knew what it takes to thrive in the healthiest way possible. In those days, diet plans did not exist nor were their cave racks filled full of diet plan books. What cavemen understood instinctively was just what is the best diet that actually works for them.
Let’s all have a quick lesson from our ancestors and see the elements of their diet plan that we should take as healthy tips and begin to incorporate into our lifestyle to lose unwanted pounds, excess fat, and improve our overall health.
Cavemen only ate the things they could kill in the wild. By no means are we suggesting you begin to search and kill your own food but we can still take advantage of this by following a similar process in our own modern day kind of way. When the food on your dish is not something our caveman friend might have hunted, gathered and located himself, chances are you shouldn’t end up eating that food. For instance, a plate associated with lean hamburger and vegetables, followed by fruit is perfect; however add a piece of bread or some pasta and now you have baffled our cave buddy. These are not foods which existed during his day and are foods we would be much healthier without.
Cavemen just drank what they may find. Do you know what people have been able to find for centuries? Good old fashioned drinking water. Water is really the magic potion for weight loss and elevated health. Unfortunately, the majority of people are spending their days severely dehydrated. Additionally, they are suffering from many dark side effects which could easily be avoided through consuming more drinking water. Hunger, headaches, bowel problems, and digestive soreness are just a few of the numerous symptoms that can be easily treated by a few extra glasses of water. Make sure to consume half of your body weight in ounces of drinking water each day (for example, if your 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water).
Cavemen stayed energetic for the full day. This is essential, as well as integral, part of their weight loss and optimized wellness plan. Tell your new Neanderthal friend that he needs to sit in an office chair all day and then go home and take a seat on the couch for the rest of the evening and he will probably go crazy on you. Move, transfer, move. Movement doesn’t have to mean formal physical exercise. Take the stairs to your office, walk the parking lot a few additional times, get up and stroll around the workplace every hour, anything to prevent you from being seated all day long. In our enlightened modern environment, a man that actually tried to keep up with the every day activity of a caveman would quickly fall in exhaustion.
The best diet plan and the best way of life plan can be easily set up by just modeling the actual daily activities and diet of cavemen. It's time to establish your personal caveman habits “Is this particular food something I could have discovered in the wild 1000's of years ago?” If the response is no, don’t eat it and instead find yourself a meal that is more natural. Obviously, don’t forget to share with your new caveman buddy!
