If you want to be fitter, but have trouble sticking to any exercise program over a couple of days, our exercise programs for women who hate exercise are virtually guaranteed to help you out!
I'll tell you the secret right away: do their part of their daily training routine, and do not try to do everything at once.

Contract your abs
Every time you are standing, the abdominals contract. Press for 3 breaths, relax, repeat. You can do this anytime you are waiting in line for anything.
You can also contract the pelvic floor muscles regularly throughout the day while sitting. This tone it internally.
Position
